How Eye Pillows Work

How to Use

To cool: Place the eye pillow in the freezer for approximately 30 minutes, or until cool, then place it over the eyes while lying down.
To warm: Heat the eye pillow in the microwave on high for 30–60 seconds. It can then be used on other areas of the body that would benefit from gentle warmth.
Always check the temperature before use and ensure the pillow is only gently warm when placed near the eyes.
