If you are shopping for gifts with us, we encourage you to shop early with current postal delays across Australia — it's best to allow for as much time as possible for the delivery of your goodies on time for when you need!

We deliver Australia wide using a carbon neutral delivery partner!

 

When will my order arrive?

Whilst we will get your orders in the post ASAP unfortunately once orders are shipped their arrival time is beyond our control. Please allow extra time for unforeseen delays and be sure to order ahead of time for those special occasions. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee order arrival by specific dates. 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE for all online orders over $150. 

We offer a flat rate of $10 for Standard Shipping Australia-wide for all online orders below $150. You can select to upgrade your delivery method to Express Shipping, available at checkout.

 

Click & Collect

You can select Free Pick-up at the checkout and collect from our brick and mortar store located at 289 High St, Northcote VIC. We are open every day, except for Public Holidays. Please check our website footer or our Instagram @aqof for up to date opening hours.

To Click & Collect your items, simply place your online order with us and choose 'pickup' as your delivery option. You will receive an additional email notification when your order is ready for collection.
