This blend is based on our OG, with 50% whole spices a little goes a long way (NO fillers here!). A nice and punchy spice blend - balanced to perfection with coconut nectar and agave (which are both low GI). If you're a chai traditionalist - you will love this!
Caffeine -
Although there is a small amount of black tea in the blend, a standard cup only contains 9mg of caffeine. Compared to 65-120mg in black tea and 85-240mg in coffee.

How to Brew
Stovetop -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/4 cup of water to a pot and simmer for 1 minute to infuse. Add 1 cup of milk and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Coffee Machine -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/4 cup of boiling water to your milk jug and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of milk and steam, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Teapot -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/2 cup of boiling water to your teapot and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of hot milk, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes and enjoy. Double quantities for tea for two.
